Join us for the 2019 Sartory String Quartet Institute! Students at this 9-day Institute are placed in a string quartet with other students of similar age and proficiency. All quartets receive daily coachings in preparation for a recital performance at the end of the Institute. In addition to the quartets, students play in a small chamber orchestra and experience what it's like to perform in a larger group without a conductor.
In order to attend the camp, all students must audition and be accepted into the camp. Please register and pay your audition fee online and then submit a video to audition for the camp. Please record all three audition requirements (scale, piece and excerpts) in three separate files. Please upload your video to Dropbox, Google or YouTube and send links of your video to Melissa Falb, firstname.lastname@example.org. The video submission deadline is 9:00 PM on April 24.
