Enrichment classes: composition, music theory, rhythm and drumming, ensembles
The MacPhail Suzuki Institute, sanctioned by the Suzuki Association of the Americas, is an opportunity for Suzuki students of all ages, with their parent, to come together to share in motivating, enriching and wide ranging musical experiences. Students will work with master teachers and improve their skills both technically and musically.
All students will participate in a closing recital on Friday, July 31.

Daily classes & observation may include:
- Instrument specific applied study
- Theory/reading skills
- Ensemble skills - Accompanying/duets
- Performance practices
- Master classes, recitals
- World music/drumming
- Guitar Ensemble
- Closing recitals and presentations
Who May Attend the Institute?
- Suzuki students who have completed the Twinkle Variations. PARENTS or another responsible, interested adult must attend with students under 12.
- Teacher trainees
- Teacher observers
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own meals, housing and transportation while attending the institute.
