MacPhail White Bear Lake is located within Birch Lake Elementary. This site opened in 2006 offering MacPhail’s full range of music learning programs to the broader community. As a registration-based program, the site provides the same music education as MacPhail’s downtown location. In addition to registration-based offerings, MacPhail provides a sequential music curriculum to Birch Lake students integrated within the school day. This accessible, one-level building also has free parking outside the front door.
