How It Works

MacPhail Jumpstart is a private lesson trial package that gives new* students 4 half-hour lessons at 25% off** with no other commitments.

Jumpstart is available for any of MacPhail’s 35 instruments or voice. (Subject to instructor/instrument availability.)

All ages, all skill levels. In-person (Minneapolis, Apple Valley, Austin, Chanhassen) or online.

*Current students wishing to begin lessons in a different instrument or voice are also eligible for Jumpstart.

**Total package price with a tier one teacher is $139.50 and $160.50 for a tier two teacher.

Get Started

To be matched with a teaching artist, fill out our Student Placement Form or call 612.321.0100 to get started. The Student Placement Form will help our student services team to assist in finding the perfect teaching artist for you based on your individualized goals, experience, interests, and preferences.

Meet

After you are matched with your teacher, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions as to when, where, and how to meet your teacher for the first lesson. At your first lesson (or your child’s) you and your teacher will discuss goals, preferences, schedule, and studio policies.
