Quinn Shadko

Voice

Quinn Shadko comes to the MacPhail Music for Life™ program after experience teaching early childhood music with Sing, Play Learn, and working in administration for both Music for Life™ and within MacPhail’s Lesson Placement department.

Quinn is passionate about using music as a tool for connection, lifelong learning, and joy. She loves working with seniors and incorporating their rich life experiences into her teaching with a high-energy, genre-bending style.  

Quinn is an active performer throughout the Twin Cities, singing and acting in operatic and musical theatre productions with companies like Minnesota Opera and Theater Latte Da. She is also a staff singer at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Maple Grove, and an accomplished voiceover artist for companies like Target and HealthPartners.

Quinn received her B.A. in music and linguistics from Rice University, and her M.M. in vocal performance from New York University.

Favorite non-musical hobby: Doing the New York Times crossword puzzle, enjoying pop culture of all kinds, walking around Lake Harriet, and going on adventures with her daughter, Maeve (currently 8 months).
