Introducing… Paula Lammers, Director of the NEW Connecting Voices Chorus!!
Having experienced firsthand the power of music to build connections in her own interaction with a family member living with dementia, Paula Lammers is thrilled to lead the NEW MacPhail Connecting Voices Chorus. A continuation of the work that MacPhail began with the Giving Voice Organization, Connecting Voices Chorus seeks to build community and foster connection through music for people living with dementia and their care partners.
This fall choir members will work on music centered around the theme of Gratitude and Thanksgiving. In the words of Olympian Kristin Armstrong, “When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.” Join us to sing uplifting songs such as “Ac-cent-tchu-ate the Positive,” “On the Sunny Side of the Street,” “High Hopes,” and “What a Wonderful World.”
Welcome Paula!
