MacPhail Story: Dee Meisner

Beginning her musical journey at the age of 3, Dee Meisner has now carried her love of playing and singing to the Giving Voice Chorus in MacPhail’s Music for Life Program for students ages 55 and up. Now in her late 80s, Dee’s journey and drive to continue to make music personifies the truth that MacPhail has a place for everyone at every stage of life.

Her gifts continue to bring joy, inspiration, and connection to all.

“Music can do wonderful things. It’s a connection!” says Dee. “I love playing and playing for people. I enjoy sharing my music…God gave me this gift of music and it was a wonderful gift.
