School Supply Drive

MacPhail’s 5th Annual School Supply Drive!

Help our partners in the community get ready for school by donating to the 5th Annual Back to School Supply Drive!

Supplies will be distributed to Ascension School, People Serving People, Phyllis Wheatley Community Center, Riverview Elementary School, St. Anne’s, and Sabathani Community Center.

Suzuki Talent Education

One of the largest and most established Suzuki programs in the country!

Suzuki lessons are offered on piano, violin, viola, cello, guitar, flute, and harp for students as young as age three or four through high school.

Project Amplify for K-12 Music Education

Project Amplify is a grant-funded, music education initiative offered to Minnesota K-12 music classrooms at no charge to the school. The program focuses on strengthening learning opportunities for K-12 Minnesota music students from historically marginalized backgrounds. This effort provides transformational programming that nurtures creativity, honors students’ backgrounds, and provides tools and resources to support K-12 educators.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Applications for all MacPhail Center for Music metro sites and online as well as for Austin, MN for the 2023-2024 school year are now being accepted. Financial aid is available to qualifying students in the form of reduced tuition. Awards are determined on a sliding scale.

Prelude: Singer-Actor Lab

Prelude helps students prepare for a career in the performing arts. Students are guided and supported as they develop skills, gain confidence, learn to collaborate, tell their stories, and learn to trust themselves.

Sing Play Learn with MacPhail®

Designed for a child’s specific stage of development, each class encourages children to explore musical concepts and experiment with new instruments. Your child will develop school-readiness skills in an active learning environment that feels like playtime!
