Thank you for your interest in lessons at MacPhail! This form will help our Placement Team to match you or your child with the perfect teaching artist based on your interests, experience, goals, and preferences.
New Students
Please fill out the form above to be matched with a teacher at MacPhail Center for Music. If you have questions, please email Student Services. They are here to help.
Current Students
You do not need to fill out this form if you intend to continue lessons with your current teacher. If you are considering transferring to a different instructor, you can email the Director of Instrument and Vocal Instruction with your request.
PLEASE NOTE
At present, the availability of new in-person lesson placement at the Apple Valley and Chanhassen locations is limited in certain instruments.
Our placement team will notify you of the next steps if the placement of lessons for your desired instrument at your preferred location is not currently available.
